6Children's Privacy

Service Users: You must be at least 13 years of age (or 18+ to create an account) to use Shepherd Tools as an administrator or staff member.

Member Data: Churches may store information about members of all ages, including infants and children. Church administrators represent that they have the authority and appropriate consent to manage this information.

We do not directly collect personal information from children under 13. All member data is entered and managed by authorized church administrators who are responsible for complying with applicable laws, including COPPA.

7Individual User Accounts

Individual users are added to Shepherd Tools by their church organization's administrator. Your church organization is the customer and controls your account access.

By using Shepherd Tools: You acknowledge this Privacy Policy and understand that we process your personal data (name, email, etc.) to provide the Service to your organization.

Account management: Your organization's administrator is responsible for managing your access, permissions, and account status. For account-related requests, contact your church administrator.
