The Service operates on a multi-tenant architecture where each church organization receives its own isolated database instance.
To use Shepherd Tools, you must register an account for your church organization. You agree to:
Payment Processor: All payments are processed securely through Paddle.com, our authorized payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions.
Shepherd Tools offers multiple subscription plans with varying features and usage limits. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.
If you exceed your plan's usage limits (database storage, file storage, or email quota), you may be required to upgrade to a higher plan to continue using the Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
