By accessing or using Shepherd Tools (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Shepherd Tools is a church management software platform that provides database management, member tracking, event management, financial tracking, and related services to religious organizations.

2Description of Service

Shepherd Tools provides cloud-based church management software including:

• ✓Member database management
• ✓Event scheduling and calendar management
• ✓Financial tracking and reporting
• ✓User and role management
• ✓File storage and document management
• ✓Email communications

The Service operates on a multi-tenant architecture where each church organization receives its own isolated database instance.

3Account Registration and Security

To use Shepherd Tools, you must register an account for your church organization. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

4Subscription Plans and Billing

Shepherd Tools offers multiple subscription plans with varying features and usage limits. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

If you exceed your plan's usage limits (database storage, file storage, or email quota), you may be required to upgrade to a higher plan to continue using the Service.

5Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

6Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Shepherd Tools only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
