  • Full refund if not satisfied within 30 days of initial payment

  • 30-day period starts on your first payment date
  • Contact us before the period expires to request your refund

Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

2Refunds After the 30-Day Period

5Subscription Cancellation

What Happens When You Cancel

  • Subscription remains active until current billing period ends
  • No charges for subsequent billing periods
  • Auto-downgrade to Free Plan if usage fits limits
  • ⚠️Account locked if usage exceeds Free Plan limits

Note: Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

6Payment Processing and Paddle

Secure Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, subscription billing, tax collection, and refund processing.

While Shepherd Tools determines refund eligibility based on this policy, Paddle processes the actual refund transaction. In some cases, Paddle may require additional verification before processing a refund.
